Happy Sunday guys!!
Today I thought I would share with you a Christmas recipe that my boyfriend Jamie and I have been loving. Today I've put the Christmas decorations up at home with my Mam and watched two Christmas movies so what better thing to put on my blog than a Christmas recipe.

♡ 2 x Ready to roll Puff Pastry sheets
♡ Tomato Purée 
♡ Sun-dried tomato red pesto 
♡ Grated mozzarella 
♡ 1 Egg

♡ Place both sheets of puff pastry on top of each other and cut them both into a Christmas tree shape  (tip - cut one out first then trace the other so they're identical)
♡ Separate the sheets and spread a thin layer of tomato pur ée and sun-dried tomato pesto on one of the sheets
♡ Sprinkle on a thin layer of mozzarella cheese on top of the tomato layer
♡ Take the other sheet of puff pastry and place on top of the other enclosing it by pressing down firmly
♡ Cut slits either on both sides of the tree leaving a central stem to support the tree
♡ With the left over puff pastry cut out a star shape for the top of the tree
♡ After adding the star to the top beat up on egg and egg wash the whole top layer
♡ Sprinkle some salt and pepper over the top and let it bake for 20 minutes at 180○C until the pastry is puffed and golden
♡ After taking it out of the oven let it cool and then get tearing!💖
